May 16 and 17, 2010 A grass roots and candidate seminar was held in Atalanta. Karl Rove and Michael Steele were the key note speakers. Here are some of the RWMHC women who attended.
March 16, 2010 Republican Women of Muscogee-Harris County (RWMC) evening meeting/social time, 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. The meeting is at the Meritage Restaurant 1350 13th Street Columbus, Georgia. All of the Columbus, Georgia mayoral candidates will be speaking at the meeting, along with one of the Insurance Commissioner candidates for the State of Georgia.

The RWMHC hosted a fund raiser event on Tuesday September 8, 2009, at the Columbus State University. The speaker was Michael Zak, and he talked about his book, "Back to Basics for the Republican Party". Those running for Governor also spoke. The event was a huge success.
At a luncheon, at the Longhorn in Columbus, Josh McKoon (running for Distict 29) and Austin Scott (running for governor) both spoke about the key issues in the coming elections.
In March, Karen Handel came and spoke to the RWMC at the River Club in Columbus about the issues facing Georgia in the future.
